macOS migration portability fixes

This patch fixes migration-path failures on macOS and adds permanent filesystem and packaging regression checks. Native collaboration remains independent of forge accounts.

Runtime requirement: Git 2.x on your PATH. Choose one variant; both install as hn.

Standard

Native collaboration plus optional GitHub, GitLab, Forgejo/Codeberg, Gitea, Bitbucket Cloud, and Azure DevOps adapters.

Native only

Omits every network provider adapter. Keeps native collaboration, local/archive migration, independent audits, and local hn gh issue commands.

Download the matching archive and checksums. Verify the archive, then extract it and enter its directory before installing.

On macOS, compare shasum -a 256 <archive.tar.gz> with the matching entry in SHA256SUMS.

Keep the PATH setting in your shell configuration. The archives include documentation and the MIT license.

The protocol is experimental and compatibility is not yet stable. Windows packages are not part of this release matrix. Read the release notes for qualification and execution limits.
